Jennie Crawford

Project Manager

With a retail background, Jennie started working in market research with Amplify in 2009 as Recruiting Coordinator and has since wholeheartedly owned the position. After respondents are recruited for one of Amplify’s projects, Jennie takes the ball and runs from there. From validations and confirmations, to overseeing that homework and blogs are completed, Jennie has taken respondent management to a whole new level.

Working with little direction, Jennie created procedures and policies for the validation and confirmation process, which has proven extremely successful in ensuring that only well-qualified respondents are invited to participate in our projects.

When Jennie is not speaking with respondents, she is very active in the community. She volunteers at her children’s school and has been a volunteer soccer coach for special needs children.

Eric Tavizon

Recruiting Department Director

Eric began his career in the industry as a Telephone Interviewer in the late 1990’s, worked his way up to project management and eventually into the Recruiting Department Director position. His extensive background has proven to be invaluable, as nothing can equal the knowledge he’s gained from working in the trenches over the years.

Eric has built a solid recruiting department with dedication to the small details that results in highly qualified and articulate respondents. Never shying away from a challenge, Eric is in constant collaboration with his team to recruit even the most difficult projects.

Eric enjoys spending time with his brothers, his dog and watching sports. He is an avid Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants and San Francisco 49ers fan. He tolerates the Oakland A’s, but will never root for the Oakland Raiders!
